The Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will hold a key position in shaping and driving our social media strategy to effectively establish and enhance our brand image. Your success will be measured by your ability to creatively engage with our customers and connect them to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative and multi-channel social media strategies that align with Amazon's marketing goals and enhance our brand visibility.

- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns through insights and analytics to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to create multimedia content and refine brand messaging.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong online community.
- Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance, trends, and key metrics to inform strategies.
- Develop and manage social media ad campaigns with the overarching goal of increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to our platforms.
- Assist in organizing and promoting various company events and initiatives to maximize social media exposure.
- Stay informed about best practices in social media, content marketing, and online engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making. Here are the requirements we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3-5 years) managing corporate social media accounts and driving engagement.
